The World: Hong Kong - Agencies to pitch for ABN Amro creative brief

ABN Amro is reviewing its creative advertising arrangements in South-East Asia. The investment bank is expected to kick off conversations with agencies this week. Likely candidates for the account include Young & Rubicam, DDB and M&C Saatchi.

The Hong Kong arm of Amro does not currently have an incumbent agency. It has previously worked with a number of different shops aligned to its various product categories.

The move comes ahead of a wider branding campaign for the bank set to launch later this year. Earlier this month, Carat won the £8 million ABN Amro media brief for Asia and the Middle East.
