The World: Hong Kong - OgilvyOne sees off three to win Diageo CRM brief

OgilvyOne has won a pitch to handle Diageo's customer relationship marketing operations across seven Asian markets.

The network won the business in a pitch against the incumbents Euro RSCG, Wunderman and Arc, in what was a comprehensive review of all of Diageo's CRM activities in those regions.

The account includes all Diageo brands in the Asia-Pacific region, excluding Taiwan and Australia.

OgilvyOne's appointment follows the recent selection of Ogilvy & Mather as the global advertising agency for the malt whiskey brand The Glenlivet, which is owned by Diageo's rival Pernod Ricard.
