The World: Johannesburg - FCB beats three to claim Telkom creative task

FCB Johannesburg has won a three-way pitch to claim the creative account for the South African telecommunications company Telkom in a competitive pitch against Saatchi & Saatchi and the incumbent, The Agency.

FCB will take control of the company's strategy, project management and creative output as well as all above- and below-the-line campaigns.

Ziki Molusi, Telkom's executive for advertising and promotions, cited FCB's strategic planning as key to the agency winning the business, describing it as "head and shoulders" above the other agencies involved.
