The World: Memphis - Agencies line up to pitch for Embassy Suites task

Embassy Suites, the Memphis-based subsidiary of Hilton Hotels, has lined up six agencies to contest its creative business, which billed more than $15 million last year.

TBWA\Chiat\Day in New York will defend the business against two of its Omnicom stablemates, GSD&M Idea City in Austin, Texas and BBDO in Atlanta, Georgia. Also in contention are Saatchi & Saatchi and StrawberryFrog in New York.

Embassy Suites operates 182 hotels in the US, Canada and Latin America.

Meanwhile, Doubletree, another Hilton brand, is launching a review of its $15 million account out of DraftFCB in San Francisco.
