The World: Minneapolis - Fallon announces Feuerman to replace Silburn

Pat Fallon (pictured) has announced that Kerry Feuerman is replacing Paul Silburn as the lead creative at the agency.

As the creative director, he will run the agency's creative department and report to Fallon's new vice-chairman, Bill Westbrook.

Feuerman's most recent role was vice-president and group creative director of Leo Burnett USA. Before that, he was the vice-president/partner/group creative director at the Martin Agency.

Fallon said: "Kerry is a strong strategist and a terrific presenter. Importantly, he knows how to make the people around him better. I am confident Kerry will be an inspired, challenging leader, taking us to new levels of creative excellence."
