The World: Moscow - Ulfman takes on new role at Publicis Groupe media

Adri Ulfman, the chief executive of ZenithOptimedia in Central and Eastern Europe, is taking a new role overseeing Publicis Groupe's media businesses in Russia, Eastern Europe and the former Soviet region. Andras Vigh, the chief executive of ZenithOptimedia in Hong Kong, will take over his responsibilities.

Chris Skinner, the managing director of the Hong Kong office, will assume the vacated chief executive role.

Steve King, the media agency's global chief executive, said: "Central and Eastern Europe is one of our fastest-growing regions. With significant wins, such as Nestle and L'Oreal in 2005, we are in a terrific position to capitalise on further opportunities. Adri understands this region extremely well and has already proven his credentials while in Asia."
