The World: New York - Sara Lee reviews $80m North American duties

Sara Lee is reviewing its $80 million advertising account for its North American food and beverage unit in an attempt to consolidate creative duties for its Sara Lee and Hillshire Farm brands.

Publicis New York currently handles the $37 million Sara Lee Deli and Bakery business, as well as Earthgrains Breads, while Omnicom's Element 79 in Chicago manages the $21 million Hillshire Farm account. Both incumbents will be involved in the pitch.

Other agencies participating are TBWA\Chiat\Day in Los Angeles and Goodby Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco.
