The World: Seoul - Kwang-Soo Koh and KH Han promoted in DDB revamp

DDB Korea has promoted KH Han to the position of chief executive, while Kwang-Soo Koh has also been appointed to the role of chief operating officer, alongside his role as chief financial officer.

The movements come as the agency head, YC Lee, takes on an expanded role as president and chief people officer, a new position that was created to support the agency's "People First" scheme. The scheme, part of an ongoing strategy by the agency to improve client and staff satisfaction, aims to nurture talent within the domestic communications industry.

Lee said: "The current economic crisis has made it even more important to continue investing in our people."
