World: Shanghai - Lowe China reveals top-level management hirings

Following a spate of executive departures, Lowe China has named the founding managing director, David Taylor, as its vice-chairman.

The appointment is the first in a wave of changes to the management team, which has seen five top-level employees leave the agency in the past year.

Taylor's first move has been to appoint the veteran creative Tony Yeung as the group creative director.

Yeung is the former executive creative director of Dentsu Young & Rubicam in Greater China, and has most recently been running a creative consultancy.

Taylor, who is currently heading the Lowe partnership with Daiko in Tokyo, will renew his working relationship with Lowe China's founding chairman, Jason Shen.
