The World: Singapore - Entries flock in for Spikes Asian Ad Festival

More than 2,600 entries from 21 different countries have been submitted to the 2009 Spikes Asian Advertising Festival. The awards ceremony, which takes place in Singapore on Friday (18 September), honours the best creative work in the region across 11 different categories.

The most submissions come from China, with 382 entries, closely followed by Singapore, with 369 entries, and Japan, with 335 entries.

Other awards to be revealed will include Agency of the Year and Media Agency of the Year. The Times of India Group will pick up the 2009 Advertiser of the Year award.
