The World: Singapore - M&C Saatchi loses key creatives Tan and Madon

Terrance Tan, M&C Saatchi Singapore's creative director, is set to move to DDB Singapore. Tan said he was persuaded to move by the DDB Singapore president and chief executive, David Tang, who is keen to strengthen his agency's creative credentials.

Meanwhile, Farrokh Madon, the deputy creative director at M&C Saatchi, has tendered his resignation without a job to go to. Madon, who joined the agency shortly after Tan, said he felt he had achieved as much as he could at M&C Saatchi.

The departures will be a severe blow to the agency, which has won a string of awards including golds at the Singapore Creative Circles in 2003 and 2004 for Zuli, an online travel site.
