The World: Warsaw - Leo Burnett Poland secures Ikea creative account

Leo Burnett in Poland has picked up the creative account for Ikea, following an eight-way pitch.

The agency will be responsible for handling all of the company's creative duties across Poland.

Leo Burnett has been briefed to create a campaign to position the brand as the first port of call for home furnishings in the Polish market.

Jarek Ziebinski (pictured), the chairman and chief executive of Leo Burnett Central and Eastern Europe, said: "After eight years of working on the Ikea brand, it is a telling achievement that Leo Burnett, as the incumbent agency, beat the competition and will hold on to the business."
