WPP promotions network names UK CEO

- Promotional Campaigns Group, the WPP Group-owned promotional marketing agency network, has appointed Hugh Taylor as its chief executive of the UK operation.

- Promotional Campaigns Group, the WPP Group-owned promotional marketing agency network, has appointed Hugh Taylor as its chief executive of the UK operation.

Taylor joins from the Bates Worldwide-owned sales promotions agency One Four One, where he was client services director. Prior to that he was at the direct marketing agency Claydon Heeley.

He takes over from Duncan Taylor, who has been acting as interim chief executive officer. Duncan Taylor will now take on the role of executive creative director.

Promotion Campaigns, which was established in 1971, names IBM, Perfect Pizza and P&O Stena Lines among its clients.
