Shaun Stoker has been freelancing since his last full-time position as an art director at Faulds Advertising. He joined WWAV this week. Dawn Kermani moves from Strathearn Advertising.

Stoker is best known for his Scottish Office "Housbreaking" cinema campaign and his work for McCallan Malt Whisky. He has also worked at Poulter Partners on McCains, Sharp and Fox's biscuits.

Kermani picked up two Silvers at this year's Roses Awards for Best Creative Use of Direct Mail and Best Promotional Material.

She also won Campaign's "Big Ideas" competition, which asked above-the-line agencies to answer their current brief in a below-the-line format.
