X Factor's Cocozza axed from M&S Christmas campaign

Marks & Spencer has cut Frankie Cocozza, the expelled 'X Factor' finalist, from its Christmas campaign.

Today's press reports Cocozza has been thrown off the show for boasting about cocaine-fuelled sex sessions.

Marks & Spencer launched its Christmas campaign starring 'The X Factor' finalists during the results show on Sunday (6 November). 

In the coming weeks, the eliminated finalists will be removed from the TV ad, according to Marks & Spencer.

Cocozza, along with the boy band The Risk and Johnny Robinson, will no longer appear in the ad.

According to a Marks & Spencer spokesperson, the edited ad, minus Cocozza, has already been distributed and will be aired in the next few days.

He will however appear fleetingly in the choir ensemble pan shot of the 16 finalists.

'The X Factor' attracted 14.2 million viewers on Sunday, its biggest average results show audience so far this series.
