Yorkshire Building Society is reviewing its advertising account, which is currently held by BJL.

It is understood that the company is preparing to issue an RFI to agencies as part of a process handled by AAR.

Last year, Yorkshire Building Society launched a multimedia campaign by BJL to promote its low-rate mortgages. A TV spot showed doors opening in scenes including someone collecting milk at the front door and a man peering into the oven to see a baked pie.

The review does not affect Universal McCann Birmingham, which handles the brand’s media planning and buying account.

Yorkshire Building Society and BJL had not responded to requests for comment by the time of publication.
