If you have purchased single issues on another device you go to settings restore purchases. You will be prompted for your iTunes password.
Yes the latest edition of campaign should download automatically overnight. We'll send you a message to notify you when new issues are available, providing you have 'Notifications' turned on in your iPad's 'Settings'.
Providing issues have been downloaded you can access an edition when you are offline. You will however need a connection to view video content.
