CRM Marketing Manager / eCRM Manager / Digital Product Manager

This company has been leading the way in Augmented and Virtual Reality for over 5 years.

They are at the forefront of what is happening next in the digital industry. This is an exciting place to be.

They have been working with brands such as Universal, PlayStation, BBC, Coke-Cola (and more) as a creative agency delivering amazing and engaging digital experiences for major brand’s audiences.

Internally there are 3D artists, animators, UX / Digital Designers and Developers, Production Managers, Senior Digital Strategists and the Tech Platform Team who build and continue to develop the platforms.

This Tech Platform Team earlier this year developed a product version of the Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality platform that can be bought by creative and tech talent world-wide to create their own solutions for their clients on this new creative canvas.

That makes this a huge opportunity.

The eCRM / Digital Product Manager role will play a key part in the success of the digital products self-serve software offering.

Ultimately, the role will improve conversion rates and retention, understand data and the users behaviour and reports the feedback to the Platform Team to influence product development of the AR/VR content creation tools.

The role works into a Business Strategy Director and reports information back to the creative / tech team and sales team. The role also works along-side an external PR and media agency.

Please email me for the full, concise eCRM / Digital Product Manager job spec, however aspects of the role include;

  • Email strategy to the users - planning, copywriting, analysing and reporting.
  • A/B testing.
  • Marketing to users - communicating new features, success of other users, best practices (email, social media, community building, forums and paid media).
  • User data capture and understanding users.
  • Reporting user feedback back to the Platform Team to help influence the development of the tools and web design.

You will need to be passionate about creative / technology apps and what they can bring to the world.

This is a talented studio environment where people stay long term.

To be fully briefed on the environment and full eCRM / Digital Product Manager job spec, please email you CV to me, Graham. Many thanks.
