This London agency, with 10 offices Globally, is regularly voted as 'One of the best places to work'.

They are going through an exciting time with new wins, agency awards and need a Digital Project Director to help lead one of their biggest annual, integrated campaigns.

Work at the agency is 'brand-led' and campaign driven - so you'll not find them constrained by disciplines and roles. They find the key insight and develop a core idea to using any/all channels available to them. And to great success!

They are integrated from a BTL perspective, but have recently done some ATL work - and certainly have a strong Digital department.

THE ROLE for Project Director - Digital

As Project Director you will be responsible for the delivery of all digital elements for one of the largest, integrated, annual campaigns in the UK.

It's a gaming led promotion - so you'll have online platforms, in-store elements, social media and more.

And, as Project Director you'll ensure delivery of the online platform, digital display advertising, social media (content creation/ community management) and more.

It's a client facing role, so you must have that confidence to lead, guide and ensure work gets done - and you'll have a team of Project Managers reporting directly to you, to help with delivery.

What you’ll bring to the agency - as Project Director

  • Solid Digital experience across the full spectrum of disciplines
  • Proven Digital delivery of Web, Social, Advertising, CRM...
  • Qualified guidance/consultation to Client Services and Project Management teams 
  • Informed and educated best practice in digital project delivery
  • Ability to manage and monitor overruns and work with the business to reduce them
  • Forward thinking risk assessment and management 
  • Solid Forecast abilities - for resource requirements across departments 
  • Previous line management experience - and ability to motivate/ lead

Skills and experience we’d like you to have as Project Director:

  • Experienced in delivery of a full range of digital projects, especially experience of complex web builds with high traffic volumes
  • Experience of Load and Penetration Testing together with thorough cross-platform QA and Client UAT
  • Experience of Agile Project Management practises and an understanding of how these can be implemented within an Agency environment
  • Skilled at project estimations, scoping and project reconciliations
  • Delivery of distributed development projects across multiple geographies is advantageous
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to have an objective, focused and positive approach
  • Be comfortable working independently, be self-motivated and self-driven
  • A commitment to quality and the will to constantly drive improvements
  • Be entrepreneurial, with a collaborative, supportive and team-based approach
  • Eager to provide insight to and receive feedback

The package - depending on experience, the budget is £60k - £70k, plus a superb benefits package on top of that. Including 26 days annual leave (includes Xmas and Bday off), Bonus opportunity, Pension, Private Medical, Dental and more.
