Senior Account Manager - Digital Ad Tech

A strong grasp of media analytics and the world of targeted advertising and programmatic is highly desirable. You would be utilising many of the skills gained in an agency environment, delivering world class customer support in order to exceed expectations of retaining and growing the business.
- Act as the main point of contact for servicing clients, resolving client issues in a timely manner
- Develops account strategy that will maximize client engagement and revenue
- Work closely with counterparts on the sales team to help deliver on objectives
- Work closely with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities
- Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analysis and recommendations
- Research client needs to understand how the business can support the client in meeting their business goals
- Works collaboratively with team members and management around the strategic development of client and agency services
- Minimum 3-6 years of client facing experience, marketing or consulting
- Demonstrated track record of success in outstanding customer service
- Analytical skills
- Ability to influence key decision makers
