Agency Sales Group Head
This company is at the forefront of Outdoor and Digital innovation offering brilliant advertising solutions to clients across Outdoor and Digital.
This is a viewed as a senior position within the agency team and the Group Head will manage a team of five including Account Managers and Executives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading from the front covering all aspects of the team’s revenue performance as well developing the team’s sales skills.
- Managing the agency group across all areas of the business, nurturing relationships with key senior agency personnel
- Formulate and execute team and individual business plans aimed at growing revenues from all agency teams: International and key account, strategy, planning, publisher, programmatic and content
- Develop an advanced and market leading outdoor sales team
- Build solid relationships with all senior stakeholders within your agency groups
- Negotiate contracts and trading agreements aimed at maximising the company’s net revenue and digital contribution
- Consistently seek new revenue opportunities via new product initiatives, creative solution selling, trading initiatives, individual sector based drives or other projects
- Proven experience selling to media agencies or comms planning experience from working within an agency
