Account Manager - The Role
The clients planning department incorporates clients in the electronics, retail and transport industries, including arguably the most exciting firm in the transport world. Recent new business wins and organic growth from a number of clients has resulted in the continual growth of the planning team. This role would see you take the day to day lead account management for three leading clients in the transport and travel sector including line management responsibility for Senior Account Executives and Account Executives within your team. We are looking for a candidate who has strong digital capabilities with broader offline channel knowledge, highly analytical and driven to deliver results.
Key accountabilities are:
-Responsible for and ownership of seeing a campaign through from start to finish
-Planning campaigns across a range of KPIS
-Uncovering insights to drive business results
-Developing full communications plans across all devices
-Developing relationships with your clients, ensuing you understand their business needs and media objectives
-Day to day lead on 1-2 clients
-Lead planning process from client brief to PCA
-Develop relationships with the brand managers client side
-Lead role in the development of the SE and AE on the team
Account Manager - Key Skills
The client are looking for an energetic account manager looking to take the next step to hone their planning and account handling skills. They need to have the passion to deliver strategic direction and business results across a fantastic blend of clients.
Someone who also understands performance planning and has a strong digital background is also important. The right candidate should relish to chance to work as part of a flexible team and have a desire to coach and develop our more junior members.
