A well-known British brand is looking for a seasoned FMCG Senior Brand Manager to join their business. The marketing team has been working on a full brand relaunch, from new positioning & redesign to developing a new portfolio of products spanning multiple food categories, so it's an exciting time to join.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the purpose of this role is to develop & drive a sustainable brand strategy for growth. It's a high profile position with lots of ATL and big budgets so will require a lot of stakeholder management - it's a real driving force to influence at all levels internally and externally.

Key responsibilities


  • Lead the development of 3-5 years brand strategy, and accountable for the brand management and execution spanning cross functionally.
  • Lead the 2016 / 17 brand relaunch, and raise the brand profile internally & externally around exciting plans.
  • Develop & deliver business cases for brand & NPD investment.
  • Accountable for delivering the brand target, and to be the recognised expert internally on the brand.
  • Manage external agencies to ensure efficient use of budget and joined up thinking is delivered across the brand.
