A great opportunity for an ambitious Senior Brand Manager to help step change some of Britain's best loved brands has come up at a leading FMCG business based in Hertfordshire (easily commutable from central London).

Reporting to the Brand Director, you will lead the strategic planning and growth strategy for the brands, which are leaders in their segments and have exciting new innovation launching in the very near future. You will be responsible for executing strategic plans, developing ATL & BTL comms to support the launches, media planning, web development and digital activation, as well as existing product reformulation/new pack and price architecture. You will also develop the brand strategy, annual plan and three year strategic plan, be accountable for the delivery of the agreed profit, innovation and growth targets for projects, and contribute to the development of brand innovation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation, project management and influencing skills from a commercially aware FMCG business, as well as experience managing multiple segments within a brand or equivalent multitasking. You will also be resilient and mature - able to command respect in a robust environment and manage multiple stakeholders, and have strong analytical and problem solving experience. Being able to work independently and with autonomy is of high importance. Being able to demonstrate managing a full P&L and proven ability to brief, manage and motivate external agencies is also desirable.

This is a great chance to make your mark and turn a solid portfolio with great brand equity into a real growth engine for the business at a time when it's investing considerably in driving forward.

*Please note that we will only be considering applications from candidates with FMCG experience. We aim to contact suitable candidates within 2-3 working days. Due to the high volume of applications we receive we may not be able to respond to all unsuccessful applicants.
