Senior Account Manager
A multi-award winning branding consultancy with a reputation for creative excellence based in central London are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Account Manager to manage a diverse range of client accounts and projects. As an integral part of the team you will work with the Client Services Director and Creative Director managing branding projects across both digital and print for a mix of clients from global brands to UK based charities.
- To build strong and fruitful long-term relationships with key client accounts, developing a strong understanding of client needs and adept at identifying future opportunities
- As a main client contact, successfully managing projects at all stages - from planning / proposals, organisation, monitoring and communication through to reporting procedures, handling and monitoring complex budgets
- Attend client meetings, create agendas, take notes and write up contact reports
- Develop a thorough understanding of key client brand guidelines
The ideal candidate will have a high level of account handling experience, with proven record of managing and growing successful accounts. A good understanding of the creative & production process, including print and digital production is essential. You will be commercially astute, with excellent financial management experience and use your initiative to drive projects forward, while paying close attention to the details.
