Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

Are you an experienced digital marketer, with expertise in digital content best practice and analytics tools? Would you like to become part of the online marketing success of a well-reputed, not-for-profit organisation?

A well-known charitable organisation in London is currently seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

The purpose of the role will be to lead and develop a digital content marketing team, across email marketing and CRM activities, to SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, website content, blogs and social media.

Implementing a content marketing plan across the group, you will also be responsible for the reporting, testing and analytics strategy, enabling key performance metrics to be defined. You will put into place qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand target audiences and online user journeys.

Building strategic relationships with digital agencies and external vendors, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring the best possible outputs and value for money.

Skills and requirements for the role:

-Specialist skills in leading digital marketing initiatives across all online channels, including website, SEO, PPC, email marketing/eCRM and ecommerce.

-Proven track record in delivering tangible, measurable results in email marketing, digital and website marketing.

-Detailed understanding on PPC and SEO best practice, in addition to producing optimised web content.

-Experienced in analytics and reporting data to guide decision making, performance monitoring and identifying opportunities to improve.

-A user-centric approach to marketing and communications.

-Experience in selecting and managing third party relationships, including ESPs, social media management suites and ecommerce platforms.

-Experience at budget-holding level, including fixed and variable costs and reporting.

-Knowledge of new and emerging trends in the digital marketing space.
