International media business is looking for a new studio manager to help manage the planning and scheduling of work through the marketing design team.
Experience managing workflow and motivating creative people with different skills and levels of experience is key to the success of the position. Having an understanding of the likely timings involved and being able to prioritise work to ensure that the projects are produced in a timely fashion and to the right quality is the main focus of this newly formed role.
Joining a marketing and creative team of 40 (and working with an immediate team of c. 10 designers) you will help the team plan, create and deliver exciting and visually attractive marketing comms solutions in print and digital.
You will also be client facing and attend internal meetings with the marketing team and project managers to hear about requirements first hand and to be able to plan appropriately.
Personality and attitude are important to the success of this role: a confident and articulate manner and problem-solving capability, coupled with genuine caring and friendly manner are what we are looking for.
You’ll be working with a good team of nice, talented people and they need a collaborator, who is team-driven and has a good work ethic (leading from the front!)
