To make this work you'll be a senior or group account director and a real leader. You'll be adept in creating commercially sound integrated marketing campaigns that get results and win new fans!
Ideally you'll have a track record in a leading agency with a focus on the drinks/alcohol space - if not you'll want it and be able to prove why what you've done can work in this demanding arena.
