Marketing Partnerships Channel Development
This is an important role in this fast-growing, PE backed challenger brand, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Affiliates and Partnerships, who is accountable for intermediary acquisition across a £1 billion+ book. You will lead on a collection of the channels and play a vital role in driving the business' marketing strategy.
The role is a combination of leadership as well as operational execution. Leadership is required to formulate credible business plans, manage the strategic partnerships and expand the reach of the channel. Equally, the role holder will be required to manage the operational execution of the plans and to react to risks and opportunities that present themselves.
The incumbent would be expected to deputise for the Head of Marketing Affiliates and Partnerships as and when required. This could potentially include representation at senior leadership meeting and/or internal governance meetings and Committees.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate transferable business experience, ideally in a credit card, or other financial services product. Due to engagement with multiple senior-level stakeholders, it will be crucial that you can demonstrate your previous experience influencing and persuading at the top level.
