Our client is a full- service creative agency who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their fast growing business.The agency offers all areas of marketing communications (spanning all areas of marketing communications (including video, print, imaging, digital, creative and languages - all account managed for a dedicated and truly value-added service).

They boast the highest client retention rate in their field, thanks to an unrivalled excellence in everything they do.
Our client are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team and fulfil the following duties:
Manage all on and offline outbound communications, including regular newsletters, special announcements, database management, social, website updates, seasonal mail-outs and events;
Work with the Digital Marketing Executive on SEO and online campaigns;
Working with the creative teams, act as guardian for the brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and implementing when creating or updating new marketing materials (such as creds or sales support items);
Identify relevant industry events for any opportunities for speakers, sponsorship or attendance for sales networking;
Act as first port of call for press contacts and seed any relevant, positive PR for the business;
Manage ad hoc projects, e.g. video or creative production for house marketing content;
Manage promotional items such as branded USBs or limited edition business cards to accompany certain events;
Work with the relevant, specific heads of department on the development, launch, promotion and ongoing marketing of any new service offerings.
The ideal candidate needs to possess the following character traits, academic and professional requirements:
Extremely organised and highly literate;
Great communication skills, in terms of managing multiple internal stakeholders and all outbound comms;
Proactive, practical, and good at seeing a project through to execution;
Comfortable managing multiple projects and keeping cool under pressure;
Genuine interest in the advertising field and passionate about creativity, keeping abreast of latest news and current trends;
Detail-oriented to the degree of perfectionism;
Creative empathy balanced with analytical, business acumen;
An understanding, if not a basic awareness of the various disciplines the group offers;
Minimum 3 years' industry experience;
