Account Manager – Social Media Agency – Up to £38,000

Salary: £34,000-£38,000

Reports to: Group Account Director

Location: Central London

Savvy Media are looking for an account manager to join our favourite social media agency. They are based in London but have offices all over the world, and have 200+ clients. They have a fantastic culture, with a low staff turnover and high level of diversity.

Brand safety is very much top of the list in terms of services provided, but our client also aims to help their own clients to understand their audience in order to create connections between them. This drives brand engagement and is done through their core service offerings.

Our client assists companies so that they are able to maximise the benefits they receive from social media, by creating a through and thought-out strategy. Through reporting, data analysis and human-led monitoring they provide insights and intelligence to help their clients fulfil their strategy. They also provide a full-service offering, so are able to help with one of the most well-known soft drink companies, multiple global publishers, tech giants and many more!

In this role you will be:

  •           Ensuring clients’ needs are met
  •           Work closely with the creative teams, insights and Community management
  •           Grow and develop each account
  •           Keep your finger very much on the pulse of emerging tech and trends
  •           Use creative flair to respond to client briefs
  •           Become, and present yourself to clients as social expert
  •           Ensuring KPI’s are met
  •           Advising clients
  •           Contribute to new business pitches
  •           Work where relevant with other client agencies
  •           Grow your accounts
  •           Be a brand ambassador
