Senior Direct Marketing Officer - Retention

£35,746 - £42,554 per annum

Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative Retention team

Right now, children are in danger. They face violence, disease, hunger, and the chaos of war and disaster. This is wrong and it has to change. Unicef already ensures more of the world’s children are fed, vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. We have done more to influence laws, policies and customs to help protect children than anyone else in history. Unicef UK raises money and campaigns to change children’s lives – doing whatever it takes until every child is safe.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Senior Direct Marketer to join our Retention team. Part of the wider Direct Marketing Team, you will have the opportunity to further develop and implement strategies for the Retention Programme and to line manage members of the team.  We’re a fast-paced, friendly and supportive team, where attention to detail and teamwork deliver award-winning results.

You’ll need to have experience of developing direct marketing strategy and complex testing programmes, as well as excellent communication skills so that you can build effective relationships with internal and external contacts. You must also be skilled at managing multiple projects at the same time while maintaining a high level of drive and commitment. This role will offer you a great opportunity to learn and grow your existing skills.
