Child abuse is preventable - not inevitable. And it’s up to each of us to do everything possible to keep childhood safe from abuse, so children can grow up healthy and thrive. That’s why we're here and drives what we do. So as long as there’s abuse – we will fight for every childhood. Join us.

The NSPCC’s digital team supports the achievement of these goals across all digital media and platforms, with the remit to plan, co-ordinate and streamline core digital activities. Having recently re- launched our adult facing website, as part of an ambitious programme of digital transformation, it’s an exciting time to join this evolving and talented team.

Our priorities for the forthcoming year seek to establish excellent digital solutions that will enable us to generate more income online; attract the best talent and recruit more volunteers; support the delivery of our universal and direct services and mobilize citizens across the UK. Our ambition is that every visitor will leave our website better equipped to play their part in fighting for every childhood.

The key aspects of the role are:

  • To coordinate the timely delivery of email campaigns across the NSPCC.
  • Work closely with fundraising and other teams to develop and implement successful email strategies to both increase supporter engagement through email stewardship programmes and to increase participation levels and donations.
  • To provide feedback on individual email campaigns.
  • To advise teams on email best practice and technical limitations.
