The agency is looking for an Account Executive with strong experience in consumer communications to join their growing business. You should have integrated marketing experience, with a background in digital, social, strategic branding and integrated marketing.

Under the supervision of an Account Manager you will be tasked with implementing proactive communication initiatives utilising your strong, results-oriented strategic capabilities across traditional, digital, and social media, and demonstrating their ability to effectively engage an audience.

Principle responsibilities and duties:

- Provide outstanding customer service and serve as the primary contact and liaison between the agency and assigned client in all matters.
- With the Account Manager, support the development of overall client strategic plans and goals. Manage account work assigned to specific clients under the supervision of the account manager.
- Serve as a point of contact and liaison between the agency and assigned client in some matters.
- Creative thinker when it comes to project management and execution. Work in an agile manner, spots roadblocks and re-directs team to work around them.
- Project management competent - the ability to balance client demands and expectations against timelines and manage collaboration among many internal teams.
- Highly detail-oriented practitioner, responsible for client program management and all internal and external communications associated with those programs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

- Position requires exceptional oral and written communications skills and knowledge of communications techniques and typical agency procedures in order to coordinate effective campaigns and programs.

- Work requires excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a variety of internal and external audiences, to represent clients and propose marketing and communications goals and objectives, to seek out and build relationships with potential clients, to close deals and to lead and direct subordinate staff.

- Position requires problem solving and conceptual skills to recommend approaches and methods; to plan, coordinate, and evaluate communications activities; to prepare reports and analyses; to project trends and developments in the field; and to recommend short-term and long-range goals and strategies based on such.

- Position requires both a team player that encourages collaboration among team members, as well as, an assertive and fearless communicator, that is willing to get their hands dirty and do whatever it takes to deliver the highest quality work on behalf of their clients.
