Senior Account Manager - Innovation Consultancy
A leading qualitative research and innovation consultancy based in London is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team. The projects they work on have an innovation focus, with lots of new product development and concept testing for a range of clients, although there is a focus on FMCG. The work is very global as they operate in various markets around the world for an enviable list of brands. They have a real entrepreneurial culture and are brimming with creative thinkers. In this role you would be reporting into the Head of Strategy and be focussed on client management, ensuring that their key accounts are looked after.
To be successful in this role you will have a good understanding of qualitative research, although prior working knowledge is not necessary. You will have gained fantastic client handling skills from either a research, advertising or creative agency and have experience of working in the FMCG sector. This role does not involve any sales and is purely focussed on client management, so your skills in this area must be excellent.
