Fast-growing, highly-funded, highly-respected programmatic operations department of a leading London agency group needs a programmatic video operations wizard to lead the team and grow it.

THE COMPANY

  • Supply marketplace that buys inventory on behalf of an entire agency group directly from 50+ publishers such as Yahoo, MTV, ITV, Guardian, MailOnline, Sky etc
  • Work across display, video, mobile, and connected TV, with major partners such as Appnexus and Videology helping drive tech
  • 20 people in the team, having grown from just two people two years ago, and with ambitions to double in the next 12 months

THE ROLE

  • Lead the media operations team for the core programmatic video products with media partners
  • Manage the operational delivery in the media team in the UK, responsible for the effectiveness and delivery across all programmatic video products and partners
  • Lead responsibility across video partners for operational executive - collaboration with TAMs, Analysts and commercial teams
  • Main point of contact for the buyers' programmatic optimisation teams
  • Lead the delivery of a new set of programmatic products, along with operational delivery and optimisation of media partnerships within the marketplace
  • Two direct reports

YOU

  • Significant operational experience in programmatic, across video and mobile
  • Highly technically competent with an in-depth understanding of internet functionality
  • Track record in establishing high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Team management experience
