Client Delivery Manager, Employee Research
This international consultancy business is looking to grow its offering within employee research. Working with international key accounts, the Client Delivery Manager will ensure the smooth running of a complex multi-country Employee Engagement studies. Working closely both with the client and the consulting team, you will be involved at all stages of the process from setting up and agreeing project plans to assuring the overall direction, integrity and profitability of the programme.
The ideal person Client Delivery Manager will already be an effective and confident project manager or quantitative researcher and you'll also have experience in survey design and data analysis. Some team management experience will also be welcome. Ideally you will have worked within Employee Research, but if not, then you'll at least be well-versed in running complex large-scale projects, perhaps within the customer satisfaction space.
