Managing Director - Media Agency
This is a truly exciting opportunity to run the Media Arm for a leading UK full-service marketing agency. You will lead strategy, operations and new business development across the agency. Key responsibilities will include;
• Establish and manage the media proposition across the group (3 offices, COE in London), including strategic planning process and product development
• Direct and develop a dedicated media team with skill sets covering all performance and brand disciplines across both ATL and Digital channels (including Social, SEM and Content)
• Drive and coordinate collaborative Comms planning (360 approach across all marketing disciplines), promoting the full service agency proposition (the Group, including the integrated Digital proposition out of London) and developing industry partnerships to ensure the tech and innovation we employ is fit for agency/client purpose
The role will feel like being in a fully funded start-up. The clients are not big corporates, so need lots of personal development. They are not tied to deals, so can be more bespoke rather than offering the big agency packaged up proposition.
This will be the most senior position, so needs to be someone who can deliver as well as strategise, from planning through to business development. It’s a cross-media full service media agency, with a very collaborative approach, working in the same offices as the PR team.
