Senior Creative - Integrated Agency
Bucks/Berks - £40k - £45k
After a newly-defined structure and direction this is a quality time to be joining this agency of 40 something. With foundations of well over 20 years servicing clients in a variety of sectors and international offices, this agency certainly has a strong base. They really look to break down a client's objectives, and then creative innovative and ground-breaking design to instil change in the consumer's behaviour.
This is a quality opportunity for a budding creative to come on board and make that next step up to Senior level - they're looking for this person to come on board and have the gravitas to sit in front of a client and really get to grips with their brief. You'll need to be incredibly conceptual and have the big idea at the forefront of your mind, and then have the ability to bring the idea to life through excellent design.
The role would suit someone who's got a strong digital skill-set; UX experience would be massively advantageous. Aside from the hands-on design/creative approach, this Senior Creative will be required to train, coach and mentor more junior members of the design team; allowing them to benefit from your expertise.
- Abilty to conjure up concepts from thin air
- Strong print and digital hands-on ability
- Excellent mentorship skills
- Consultitive approach when working closely with clients
- Entensive passion for creative, which rubs off on others
The agency themselves pride themselves on not only giving their employees jobs, giving them careers. They invest heavily in their staff, and aside from the salary of between £40k and £45k you'll have access to 20 days' holiday, a contributory pension scheme, private medical plan, gym membership and a buy-a-bike scheme. They are renowned for both their summer and Christmas parties; they're only recently back from a weekend glamping in the forest with sports, yoga, outdoor activities, meditation and BBQ's.
