CX Design Director Qualitative Director
You will be a high-performing Associate Director with a background and keen interest in Customer Experience Design (specifically including customer journey mapping) who has experience engaging customers through qualitative research.
This industry-leading London team is made up of experience design and qualitative research specialists, dedicated to enabling their clients to put the customer at the heart of their business. The team works with clients to help transform their customer experience, specifically through adopting a customer first approach and ensuring that the customer perspective is truly represented. This is facilitated through a blend of strategic consultancy, journey optimisation, design and re-design as well as tools and training.
Working as part of the Customer Experience Design team and closely with other divisions across the business, you will work with a variety of clients on a wide range of projects. The Associate Director will play a fundamental role in shaping and delivering an outside in Customer Journey Design strategy that is market-leading and integral to the Experience Design arm of the organisation's business. As a senior expert, the Customer Experience Design AD will work with clients to truly bring to life customer needs through experience design / redesign and to work with clients to create targeted action plans and facilitate change.
