A Senior Account Manager / SAM / Account Director is needed to join a rapidly evolving, cutting edge brand development and Qual research agency in Wandsworth. This is a unique opportunity to utilise your outstanding account management skills in a new and innovative way.

Do you have an excellent history in account direction and management in the creative / strategic / communication / innovation or research industries? Joining as a Senior Account Manager / SAM / Account Director you will be responsible for bridging the gap between client needs and their amazing solutions. On a day-to-day basis expect to liaise with senior clients, take the lead on quality and ‘best practice', collaborate with internal teams (project management, research, creative services etc.), work alongside the Director of Client Strategy to promote business with existing clients and anything else necessary to ensure clients are kept happy through complex and demanding projects.

To qualify. Whether you call yourself a Senior Account Manager / Account Manager / SAM / Account Director or similar, we don't mind, your CV just needs to demonstrate::

  • Experience in account direction and management;
  • Experience in multiple sectors especially FMCG;
  • Ability to manage and develop client relationships;
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise;
  • Great communication skills;
  • A passion for finding solutions to complex problems;
  • Bags of energy into delivering innovative, impactful solutions for amazing clients!
