Director of Sales - Promotional Merchandise Agency - London

£50,000 + commission

Do you have experience managing a sales team??

My client is one of the leading distributors of promotional products in the UK and they have an exciting opening for a Director of Sales at their London office. They're looking for somebody to come in and manage the performance of the sales team, mentor the sales account managers and drive growth in line with their ambitious plans for 2016/17

Why would you want to work for them?

People enjoy working for the business. Happy sales people sell more and therefore, their sales manager earns more!

They have a very friendly, motivated team that works well together to reach their goals. They are based in cool offices and have a fun, sociable culture. They often have Friday drinks or go to one of the local restaurants. As a result they have a very low staff turnover which means the sales team you would be running is well established and settled.

They are offering a great package of £50k basic and commission dependent upon personal and team performance. The OTE for this role will be £70-£75k.

The ideal candidate will already have managed a team and over seen KPI performance. Some sales will also be necessary so an understanding of promotional products is essential.

If this Director of Sales role sounds of interest and you and you would like more information then please do not hesitate to apply.
