Partner Director - Retail - FMCG - £50,000-£55,000 - Central London

THE COMPANY
Our client operates in over 20 countries and has a proven expertise in launching and managing coalition loyalty programs, delivering propriety loyalty services, creating value through loyalty analytics and driving innovation in the emerging digital, mobile and social communications spaces.

THE ROLE
As Partner Director you will be responsible for:

- Managing a team of loyalty experts
- Make strategic decisions relating to client accounts
- Lead key projects with clients
- Lead the joint business planning process to plan, deliver and evaluate an annual plan of communications, in store marketing, events, rewards propositions, digital propositions

YOU
To be eligible for this Partner Director role you must have:

- Significant experience and knowledge within consumer loyalty or retail
- Previous ownership of financial targets/budgets.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Experience of working with and translating complex data.
- Demonstrable experience successfully leading, motivating and managing a team.
