The role of Agency Sales Manager
As Agency Sales Manager you will be both selling and managing. One the one hand you will be driving advertising and sponsorship revenues (from west-end agencies) across all brands but taking ownership of driving print revenues. On the other hand, you will personally be looking after a major west-end agency patch and will be delivering creative, multi-platform commercial solutions.
Naturally, relationships will be key to success in this role. Therefore you will be a sociable and confident individual who is happy to invest the time needed to continue to strengthen relationships with senior level agency contacts.
Requirements for this Agency Sales Manager position
- 2+ years experience of selling to west-end agencies
- Management experience (desirable)
- Confident, creative minded and a good presenter
- Good attention to detail
- A good motivator of people
- Ideally print and digital experience
- Stable career path
