Digital Marketing Native with great Business Excellence

Head Digital Group Marketing (m/f)

Your mission: In this position you will mainly be responsible to define the digital content marketing strategies and plans for the brands of this Group, this in alignment with the marketing plans. Together with your team of six highly qualified online marketing specialists you will manage the development and implementation of coherent digital projects and support local marketing teams following the aim to define and execute local digital marketing plans for each brand or category. Your expertise allows you to provide insights about the digital capabilities creating awareness of digital world potential. You nurture the digital marketing culture within the organisation and define the implications to the Group’s operating model. With your extensive digital marketing know-how and understanding you will establish and implement digital marketing initiatives in terms of personal identification and discovery, content creation, processes, elaboration of business cases and monitoring of KPIs. As a part of the international marketing team either based in Gränichen (Switzerland) or in Lahr (Germany), you not only will work closely with Group Marketing Executives and local marketing teams of Business Market Units with the aim to drive synergies, but also to guide the Group on technology solution choices, selection criteria and vendor trade-offs. You also will liaise with external agencies to ensure management of the Group and local projects. You will directly report to the Head of Group Marketing.

Your competencies: You have a business degree (BA/MA) with a major in Marketing or Business Administration / Economics of an international university. In addition, you have at least seven years of relevant professional experience in executing and leading digital marketing programs in an international, technical and industrial environment. This especially with a strong focus on customer acquisition, marketing automation, digital media, cross channel campaign management, personalization, data management and analytics. You are valued for your excellent written and verbal communication skills, both externally and internally on all hierarchical levels, your «can-do» attitude and your ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of digital marketing topics in B2B and B2C for customer environments. You stand out for your deep understanding of the digital marketing and advertising technology ecosystem and the digital agency landscape. You are valued as an open minded, solution oriented thinker and curious personality towards new technologies and digitalisation. Being a strong and proven leader personality, you are experienced to empower your employees on delivering continuously excellent results. German and English along with the readiness to travel internationally (up to 40% primarily in Europe) are required for this position.
