Major Players are working with one of the UK's most well known media owners to help them find a Junior Project Manager.

The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the: planning, scheduling, booking and reporting of media inventory (in paper, inserts, online, mobile, video, social etc) required to fully execute their campaigns. You'll strive to ensure the work produced meets client expectations and, crucially, is to their client's briefs.

You'll maintain excellent communication between clients and relevant internal departments to ensure all media bookings are scheduled onto the various internal processes, and to manage any production/planning matters that may arise. You'll be confident keeping full up-to-date records of past, present and future plans and making sure these are easily accessible within the department. The perfect candidate will work with sales people to ensure that there are P&Ls records for all bookings to and that costs are correctly allocated - as well as contributing to creative campaign ideas.

You'll be a stickler for detail and will be experienced creating and sticking to project timelines; while dealing with clients, agencies and internal stakeholders where necessary. Provide the sales team with the support they need to pitch business and be responsible for providing the execution team with the assets and briefs they need as early as possible. You'll be responsible for delivering all internal artwork to Production/Make Up and traffic within stipulated deadlines and liaising between studio teams to supply client and agency with mock-ups and changes to content/designs.

You're a natural relationship builder and developing these at Account Manager / Director level with clients, advertising agencies and PR agencies is key to the role.

Specific Requirements/Skills

To set and then manage the delivery of campaign KPI's via the Editorial and Web Production Teams
All projects are smoothly delivered, with clear timeline management, and dealings with clients, agencies and internal stakeholders where necessary.
Provide the sales team with the support they need to pitch business and be responsible for providing the execution team with the assets and briefs they need as early as possible.
Deliver all k artwork to Production/Make Up and traffic within stipulated deadlines.
