Major Players are working with a top London creative agency who are in the market for an ambitious Creative Services Manager, responsible for the smooth running of the design studio, ensuring it operates efficiently and productively.
The Creative Services Manager role is to manage various resources effectively so that the agency delivers excellence to its clients across all visual output including; design, art direction, artwork, print production, photography and filmed content. They will manage and liaise with third party suppliers such as printers, merchandisers and recruiters and manage the delivery of work flow, cost negotiation and financial management.
-Ensure the timely development and execution of studio's campaigns and projects
-Plan, develop and justify budget recommendations with client teams
-Set work goals, measurements and resource requirements ensuring jobs are profitable and to the highest standard for clients
- Supervise freelance and contract staff overseeing execution of all creative efforts to ensure they are on brief, on budget and on schedule
-Liaise with the finance department for the procurement of third party services and materials to assure timely billing and minimum write-offs
-Ensures that studio team adheres to established agency process
-Maintain and develop external professional relationships so that a network of specialised expertise, gifted freelancers and reputable resources are available when their services are required
-2/3 years experience managing a studio environment within a similar agency
