Marketing Communications Manager, £27,000 - £30,000 – Lichfield, Staffordshire

A very well established and niche B2B business operating within the construction industry, with an enviable reputation and impressive client base, are now looking for a talented Marketing Communications Manager to join their team at a very exciting time of growth.
The Marketing Communications Manager will work closely with the Marketing Manager to take ownership of the day to day running of the company’s marketing function and deputise in the absence of the Marketing Manager. With an autonomous culture this is an excellent opportunity for an existing Marketing Manager or experienced Marketing Executive with stakeholder management experience to step up into a more responsible position and develop themselves.
  • Strategic and budgetary responsibility alongside the Marketing Manager.

  • Stakeholder management.
  • Management of the company website.
  • Management of day to day PR, social media and media activities.
  • Responsibility for each departments marketing collateral including the ordering, maintenance and sourcing of any new items.
  • Source all marketing promotional materials in relation to business needs
  • Manage all SEO and PPC functions.
  • Write and coordinate marketing content for all areas of the business in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
  • Coordination of all company events and exhibitions and seminars as well as any necessary marketing materials. (Some events are likely to take place over seas so some international travel may be required).
  • Day to day offline and online campaign management
Suitable candidates will have a good working knowledge of product rather than services led marketing and a supporting professional marketing qualification or similar. Some experience in Adobe Creative Suite is also necessary for this role.
You will also have a proven ability to successfully present, carry out market research and create competitor analysis reports. The ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively is key.
