Your Tasks

  • Create and update inspiring brand manuals (including developing usage parameters and guidelines, copywriting of content, design layout, templates, etc); liaise and manage service providers, develop and maintain artwork and brand manual status lists
  • Collaborate with different FIFA Departments to procure and contract service providers for Artwork Libraries and Brand Manuals, ensuring FIFA processes are followed (Including drafting project requirements in the form of ITT documents and required contractual documentation following appointment of Service Providers)  
  • Support design managers in artwork library development for FIFA event and campaign brands
  • In close collaboration with the Senior Brand Access Manager, manage the ordering process for all Winners’ Trophies and Event Memorabilia orders, safeguarding delivery to FIFA quality standards in line with approved budgets and shipping dates for events (including the drafting project requirements in the form of ITT documents and required contractual documentation following appointment of Service Providers)
  • Consult to different FIFA Departments in order to educate internal users on brand-related matters and projects to ensure consistent use and implementation
  • Back-up the Senior Brand Access Manager, acting as  Super Administrator on the FIFA Digital Archive (FIFA’s Brand Extranet), and support the project that will select and implement a replacement solution for the FIFA Digital Archive

Our Requirements

  • College education with creative/design qualification, such as First degree in Graphic Design or Desk Top Publishing
  • Five to seven years’ working experience in developing and implementing brand guidelines for complex matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven experience in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously to completion under tight time and budget constraints and with swiftly changing priorities
  • Extensive experience in procuring and managing external agencies
  • Expert proficiency in working with Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • In-depth technical knowledge of different production methods (print, on-screen, embroidery, engraving, embossing/debossing, etc) and associated Artwork requirements
  • Excellent English copywriter and proof-reader, DTP (Desk Top Publishing) and MS Office template development skills
  • Business fluency in English (written and verbal), good knowledge of German preferred, other languages such as French or Spanish a plus
