As Account Director you will be responsible for building and developing successful, trusted and productive relationships with our portfolio of clients. You will understand and work closely with all functions across our key specialisms - Live, Digital and Content - ensuring a joined up approach.

You will have overall responsibility for the delivery of projects for client satisfaction, ensuring that work is delivered to the client’s specification and to the required revenue and profit targets.You will be responsible for leading and growing your assigned client accounts and running and / or participating in pitches which will contribute to growth. This will involve regular travel to the Europe and the US.

You will be responsible for building and instilling a best-in-class client services approach to your team and will becomes the lynch pin of communication into your clients & also of coordinating a joined-up service from internal functions.You will be required to support the management team on all aspects of running and growing your nominated accounts and the business in general
